Happy Wednesday my friends!
I am so sorry I was not able to post the 2nd winner of my blogaversary mystery gift yesterday. It was such a busy day and I did not get a chance to get around to it, I apologize. But without keeping you all waiting any longer, here is winner #2.....

Drum Roll Please.....

Happy 1st Birthday Jo!!! Love your card! Love the colors and the sparkle and that great big number one!! Love how you finished the inside, too. :)

CONGRATULATIONS SHARON!
Please email me your address so I can get your prize out to you!

Now onto my card today... I am participating in the awesome and very challenging
The wonderful Paulina from Pretty Pink Posh has created this crazy but "oh so much fun" challenge and week #17's challenge is to use the colors, kraft/aqua/coral. Here is what I came up with:

I used kraft cardstock from Papertrey Ink as my card base. My first layer is the pretty aqua cardstock and my front layer is a coral piece of cardstock, both from Colorbok. I took my front layer and embossed it using the "Happy Birthday" embossing folder by Darice. I took my sponge and rubbed some tea dye distress ink over the embossed area to bring it out more. I added two aqua brads from Stampin Up, some sequins and finished it off with some Martha Stewart ribbon and some coral buttons that I had in my stash.
This card took me 8 MINS, 23 SECS.

Well that is my card for today.
I would also like to enter this card in the following challenge:
Ribbon Carousel's Celebrations Challenge!!!
The Ribbon Carousel is giving away one of these awesome ribbon carousels every month to one of the challenge participants! How cool is that?

If you get a chance, please stop by the The Pretty Pink Posh Blog and take a stab at the 10 Minute craft dash Challenge and then head on over to the Ribbon Carousel Blog and link up your project to try and win one of these awesome ribbon carousels!

RCC78-You are my Sunshine!

Hello friends!
I have a quick post for ya on a card I did over the weekend. I was inspired by the Ribbon Carousel's Spring Theme this month and created this adorable spring card using stamps by one of my favorite companies, Lawn Fawn.

I stamped all my images using Momento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them in using my prisma color pencils and some gamsol. The cardstock I used is from Recollections and the patterned papers are by Webster's Pages. I embossed my cream cardstock, added some bling and hand created the front title to say "hello".

I added some cute purple/white trim and some crochet lace trim along the left side and tied a bow to put on front of the bird bath. All my images are inked using tea dye distress ink and they are all popped up for some added dimension. The inside also has the purple/white trim and some bling.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you give this challenge a try! Just stop on by at The Ribbon Carousel and link up! I am also adding this card to Paper Playtime's Anything Goes Challenge!

Thanks for stopping by!!!
