Happy 1st Birthday Jo!!! Love your card! Love the colors and the sparkle and that great big number one!! Love how you finished the inside, too. :)
CONGRATULATIONS SHARON!
Please email me your address so I can get your prize out to you!
Now onto my card today... I am participating in the awesome and very challenging
The wonderful Paulina from Pretty Pink Posh has created this crazy but "oh so much fun" challenge and week #17's challenge is to use the colors, kraft/aqua/coral. Here is what I came up with:
I used kraft cardstock from Papertrey Ink as my card base. My first layer is the pretty aqua cardstock and my front layer is a coral piece of cardstock, both from Colorbok. I took my front layer and embossed it using the "Happy Birthday" embossing folder by Darice. I took my sponge and rubbed some tea dye distress ink over the embossed area to bring it out more. I added two aqua brads from Stampin Up, some sequins and finished it off with some Martha Stewart ribbon and some coral buttons that I had in my stash.
This card took me 8 MINS, 23 SECS.
Well that is my card for today.
I would also like to enter this card in the following challenge:
Ribbon Carousel's Celebrations Challenge!!!
The Ribbon Carousel is giving away one of these awesome ribbon carousels every month to one of the challenge participants! How cool is that?
If you get a chance, please stop by the The Pretty Pink Posh Blog and take a stab at the 10 Minute craft dash Challenge and then head on over to the Ribbon Carousel Blog and link up your project to try and win one of these awesome ribbon carousels!
Thanks for stopping by today!
